You book a complete production process – and we take care of everything that goes with it.Before your arrival, our team sets up the set, adjusts the cameras, lighting, and sound, calibrates the color spaces, and performs a technical check. This setup takes between 60 and 120 minutes, depending on the set and configuration, and is completely invisible to you. You arrive at a fully prepared studio.15-minute mic check & briefing: We'll greet your guests, connect the microphones, adjust the levels, and give you a quick overview of the event. We'll make sure everyone's voice is perfect and that you feel comfortable.30-45-minute recording: Your pure recording time with full technical support - continuously recorded, live monitored, with immediate feedback from us if needed.15 min data backup & transfer: Parallel backup of all camera and audio tracks to two separate hard drives, brief quality control, direct transfer of the files on the day of recording.After your departure , dismantling, cleaning of the microphones, archiving of the raw data and preparation for the next production.

The studio can always be booked between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Feel free to MESSAGE us for recordings outside of these times.

If you need to cancel your already booked session with us, we offer a full refund provided at least 72 hours notice is given.If notified between 72 and 24 hours before the session to be canceled, the refund will be 50% of the booking value.Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.You can find out more about this in our terms and conditions .
